What is Boot Camp Fitness Training?
Push Performance Boot Camp training is a group training program for both men and women, based on measurable high intensity movement patterns. Boot Camp is perfect for all levels of fitness as it is designed for the individual to push as hard as they can for their physical limitations. Whether you are a professional athlete or brand new to the fitness world, Boot Camp training will take you to the next level.
Do I need to be in shape to start Boot Camp Fitness Training?
No. Boot Camp is perfect for people of all ages, sizes, and athletic backgrounds. Since you will only be competing with yourself, you go as hard as you are able to. You will be using your own body weight as resistance along with other simple equipment to achieve your personal goals. Your success and achievement are directly linked to your effort.
I have a busy life and I can’t commit to certain times of the day.
Push Performance offers flexibility with Boot Camp Times. Currently there are evening slots available and we are currently arranging a lunch hour Boot Camp that will be “in and out” in 45 minutes. What should I bring?
Wear comfortable workout gear with proper running shoes. All sessions are outdoors, so wear appropriate clothing for the conditions...remember you will be working up a sweat. We do have some yoga mats and skipping ropes but if you have your own please feel free to bring them along. It is important to stay hydrated throughout the day especially during your workout so don’t forget to bring a water bottle.
What is the cost?
Push Performance Boot Camps work in 8 week cycles. Each session is only $15 if paid in full at two sessions per week. Drop ins are welcome at only $20/session. If you miss a session there is no refund as the payment is treated as tuition.
Can I arrange my own group for Boot Camp? (Friends, co-workers, or family)
Yes you can. If you have a group of people at work or friends or family that would like to get involved with a Boot Camp, you only need 8 people to sign up for your own time slot.
