Please arrive at least 5 min. before your training session in order to allow time to change and begin your session at your scheduled time. |

Please keep one pair of runners for indoor studio workouts. Street shoes can be left on the mat at the entrance door. |

Please withhold from using perfume before your arrival to the studio. There are many perfume allergies, and we would like to keep it a safe environment for all. |

If for any reason you are unable to make it to your fitness appointment, I ask that you give at least 24 hours notice otherwise full charges will be applied. |

Towels for training sessions and showers will be provided. When finished, please place them in the laundry basket just outside the washroom. |

In order to optimize your training session, I ask that your cell phone be turned off. |

Parking is available 2 doors up on the right hand side of the street. |

Eating is very important. Please make sure that you eat something (even a small snack) about one hour before your training session. Being hungry while you train will result in dizziness and fatigue. |
